Received my stamp with an error in my address. Have not heard back from company after emailing them. It was shipped with the correct address but the stamp was wrong.

I thought the name was etched on, it wasn't, just stamped on, and some of the name was missing, like it wasn't stamped completely

I loved the tumbler. I got a handle and it covers the personalizing. Wish it showed but it is very nice.
