My stamp came and was poorly cut so the state doesn't show no matter how hard I push :( Needed for Christmas cards and still waiting for the company to respond over 24 hours later :( Super bummed.
I like the design but the quality isn't the best. The ink barely works (like it is either dried up or there isn't enough.) Im going to try and refill the ink and I am hoping it works, because I really like the personalization.
