The item itself is what I wanted but I was disappointed in the presentation. It's for a gift and when opened it had smears and fingerprints all over it.
I should have read the description better. I thought I was ordering one of the nice metal ones like on Etsy. What I got was a cheap looking piece of plastic.

I should have received this item a long time ago, tracking never updated and never got item.
One of the monograms was smudged/poor quality. Twice I sent picture and email asking for a replacement/resolution and they have not acknowledged my email. I don't know how else to contact them. The others were fine.

They misspelled my name and have yet to return my email about the issue. The card is just plastic and isn't metallic like what is represented in the photos.
llia Please pay close attention to jane deal descriptions. We clearly stated what these were made of"brushed metallic finish micro surfaced impact acrylic". We replied to both messages and never hard back from you so we asked Jane to refund the order.
