Delivery took a while. When I finally received it and opened the package, it wasn't even put together...I didn't realize I was going to have to take it all apart and figure out how to put it together. Instructions are just a few pictures on the side of the box with arrows, no words. Still isn't working right....disappointing!

Engraving looks great!

I had a question about my order, and it took them six days to respond to my (fairly simple) question. Then, when I received my tumblers, they had incorrectly spelled one of the names. I'm still trying to get the issue sorted out. I can say that the tumblers are very pretty and heavy, so they seem like a great quality. However, I'm disappointed, since I was planning to give these as teacher gifts and now they're going to be late.

Cup seems like good quality however mine was scratched up a little and is a gift so was not completely satisfied.
