I ordered 5 of these. Four of the 5 were correct but on one the name Logan was spelled with a lower case l instead of a capital L. I contacted them on Dec. 6 which was not easy and have only heard from them once and have not received the corrected chalkboard. It is now Dec. 20th. Goodbye Christmas gift if it doesn't come soon.

Stamp arrived yesterday and works beautifully.

Never ordering from this company again! I had an ornament made for my daughter where they spelled her name wrong - & when I emailed them about the error all they were concerned with was my order review and never corrected it! This order, the personalization you can't see, and arrived two weeks later than the estimated delivery date! Save your money - don't waste your time! This company needs to seriously improve their customer service!!!

Both the product and customer service from this seller receive an A+ from me! They went above and beyond.

They are so cute!

Would leave 5 stars but it's a gift so we haven't tried it out. And it also has a corner of the monogramming that looks like it didn't print completely. Heavy and nice otherwise!

The design is super cute, but it's really hard to squeeze the embossed and to get it to fully create the address stamp punched all the way through.
