The stamped when pushed down does NOT leave a completely black stamp. Skimpy patches of white snd slightly black. So disappointed!
Was a hit over the holiday with kids.
charged extra after transaction ...and the picture of lighthouse on return ink label is difficult to make out...not thrilled with product outcome ....

I couldn’t give zero stars or I would have…. I received an ornament without a cutout for the string. I sent and email and was told a new one would be sent. After 3 weeks of waiting and after Christmas I requested a refund. 2 emails later no response.
Great, just what we needed. Was tired of writing out name & address. Had been meaning to get one for a long time. The price was right! Looks good & works good.
Quality is lacking and causes a lot of smudging making your letter or document look messy and unprofessional. Throwing out!
I started using it for my books. I plan to use it for letters too. Love it!!
