I was so disappointed with the product we received. I'm not sure if it's an error in the stamp design or the product itself, but the print when stamped is not clear. Product does not look like it is shown when purchased.

It took awhile to get them, but they are really nice.

The engraving is well done and is exactly as pictured. I should have read the description better, though. I thought this product would be metal and it was plastic. It's still cute, just not exactly as I had pictured.

Such a cute, reusable tool for kids to practice writing their names. They did have a bit of a smell when they arrived, though, so be sure to air them out for a bit!

Seller said they shipped after I reached out to jane for the seller not responding and not shipping in the time frame provided. I waited over a week for shipping to update and it never did, called dhl and seller never shipped. Jane reached out several times and seller refused to respond. Buyer beware! Don't waste your time or money.

Very disappointed in this product. More so disappointed with the company for not working with me with my issue. As a teacher, when I first saw the product, I thought this would be perfect for my little one to learn how to spell his name and bought it immediately. However, I did not noticed that the lower case letters weren't formed properly, as they go above the dotted line. I did not realize this until I received my order yesterday. I immediately contacted the company expressing my concern and asked them to do one of two things: redo it properly or refund me my money. I received an email a few hours later basically saying no to both - bottom line. If this company is going to sell "educational" products, they should at least make sure it's correct. Let me also say, I am an AVID buyer of Jane and have NEVER had a company not work with me at all if I wasn't happy with my product- which honestly has only happens a few times.

Haven't received

The stamp I received didn't work. The address didn't all stamp. I tried emailing the company and no response whatsoever. -Waste of money!
