Very nice purchase

The product arrived in a padded envelope, which was not sufficient protection. The board came with a crack in it. I have emailed the vendor 3 times and have yet to receive a response. Not impressed with their lack of customer service

Unfortunately, I only received one of the two that I ordered. I have tried to contact the shop three times; I have yet to receive a response. I'm disappointed in their lack of customer service.

Nice idea, but mine arrived with a large chunk missing missing out of the corner. Was shipped in a padded envelope and that was not sufficient packaging to protect this. Sad because this was a 5th birthday gift for my daughter. I wish this was better quality, or at least there wasn't an obvious piece missing from it :(
