Beautiful!

Took a longer time than expected to arrive and a corner was dinged. Will need to be framed to appreciate it. The personalization did match well for a nice overall effect.

Item shipped 7 days late. I never received updated information, even after contacting seller. Finally received item 15 days after original receive date. Name plate is not attached to holder and therefore falls off easily when the door opens and closes. Not at all worth the price or headache.

It works exactly as shown. The stamp itself is pretty large, but the print is tiny. I also dont like how they just cut out around the wording so then the rest of the stamp is just glue. That's a little unprofessional in my mind. It also took like 3 weeks for them to even ship it. I think you shouldn't charge shipping if you're going to take forever to send something as well as not even respond to customer emails. All in all however i like the product, just not sure i'll buy from this seller again.

Still have not received item. Emailed seller twice and haven't heard back. Delivery status states that the item never arrived at the shipping facility after the shipping label was created 10 days ago.

Super cute!

I was super disappointed with this purchase. The hook is smaller than an average size door hook which makes the wreath hang rather high. The biggest upset though is the personalization plaque. I thought it would be attached to the hook. It is a small magnet, which they did not even apply centered so now the plaque hangs crooked every single time the door is opened or closed. Definitely not worth the cost.

Cute

I ordered 5 eggs. One for each member of our family. They are super cute, and I really like them, but on one of the eggs the name was significantly smaller than the other 4. I decided to contact the seller to see if they could just send me out another egg so that they were all "uniform". It took mutiple attempts on my part to contact them before I finally got a reply. They weren't much help and haven't offered very good customer service. Ultimately they have just stopped conversing with me in trying to remedy the situation. They aren't being rude by any means, but it's still frustrating to not be getting good communication. The eggs are cute, but they get the 1 star because of how disappointed I was in their professionalism and customer service.

I received my sign and it was split in two upon pulling it out of the package. This was only shipped in a Manila envelope which provided no protection whatsoever. I immediately contacted the seller via email (which was Tuesday evening), it is now Saturday and I still have not heard back.
