Seller never sent me my order that I ordered on Dec 15, 2021. Seller never responded to the Jane Customer Service to give me a refund either. Very angry at this irresponsible behavior

It took about 3 weeks to get it. The font on our name was cute, but the address was crooked. I emailed them to rectify and they said they would get back to me and haven’t. I bought this for wedding invitations.
The ink doesn’t show as “strongly” as I’d like but I love the font! Maybe the letters could be bigger?
