It doesn't evenly stamp

Very nice. Product as promised. I've seen other complaints that it read much smaller than they anticipated but the size seemed right and readable to me! There was a slight issue where it said my item was undeliverable as addressed. When I reached out to customer service, they gave a very automated reply basically saying I would have to handle it even though the issue was no fault of mine. Fortunately the item was delivered the next day but the response wasn't as helpful as I would have liked since the tracking number said my personalized item was being returned to the seller and the response didn't address any of those issues.

I bought a total of seven as teacher gifts. They were such a hit and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I'm a teacher myself, so I will definitely be back for more!

Only reason for the rating is customer service. My stamp came with the wrong spelling. I emailed the company and never received a response, so I wasted $18. I do think it was my fault when I typed in the name, however, a response would have been appropriate.
