I actually love the product, but dealing with the seller has been a hassle. My chalkboard came broken in half. I took a picture and sent an email to the seller to see if I could get another chalkboard and they never responded. I waited a few days and sent another email, still no response. I would love this item but can't seem to get ahold of them. Also it is a little bit more flimsy than I thought it would be. More like cardboard than a traditional wooden chalkboard.

I've sent 4 emails asking them what they were going to do about replacing my order since the package came to my house empty and I've not gotten a response. SUPER disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor quality. made in China. Bought this for a gift and am too embarrassed to give. Engraving is ok, not uniform on each item. Contacted customer service and nothing will be done
