Not great printing job. There are some lines in the name like the printer was running out of ink. Not thrilled with it.
30 minutes after I placed my order (Aug.30), I contacted them via email. I realized my daughter in law ordered the same items that I just had, and I wanted to cancel my order. On Aug 30 Stephanie said I needed to go through jane.com to cancel my order which I did. I did this three times with no response from them, until finally Stephanie responded, pretty much, too bad, it was already processed. Their site says it take 10-14 day to process. I had contacted them three times, (the first time 30 minutes after I placed my order), and well before that to cancel. Stephanie was very rude in her emails. So much for their customer service. I did receive my product, I think they are cheap. I should of read all the reviews from this company before I ordered. I will not be ordering from them again.
Please note that when you place your order through Jane.com, only they can cancel the order. Jane.com has great customer service and quick response time so I am surprised to hear that they did not cancel your order as you say that you contacted the "3 times". Since you did not cancel the order, this personalized item was made as ordered and shipped. We can not cancel an order that has already shipped. It's also sad that your review of an awesome product is skewed by the fact that you did not cancel your order.

Does not stamp "cleanly" (the arrow design) - large blotch of ink comes out every time :(
The wallet insert is a great product idea. However, the quality of the product was poor, don't waste your money.

Bigger than I thought which is great! Magnet on the back looked cheap but when I tested it out it's actually very strong. VERY HAPPY!
