If I could give this zero stars I would. This has been the MOST awful purchase experience EVER! Purchased this item on 8/25/17. It was lost when forwarded to my new address on 9/14/17. Despite the USPS procedure being for the seller to replace the item and then the seller request a refund from USPS, 2712 Designs refused to replace the item and charged me an additional $10 to have the item re-made. Finally received the item on 11/3/17 and IT'S THE WRONG ITEM. They sent a self-inking stamp (I specifically ordered this wooden stamp b/c I've used self-inking stamps before and the address doesn't come out consistently, this stamp is no different). So not only did this vendor not follow USPS procedure, and charge me an additional $10 to re-make the item, they sent me the WRONG ITEM in the end. It has been 2 months of hassle to get something I never even ordered. I have told Jane.com about this and hope they are removed as vendor. Do yourself a favor and don't order ANYTHING from them! UPDATE: It has been 4 days (their site says they will reply within 2-3) and still no reply from this company about correcting their error. They have deleted or marked as spam my comments on their facebook page. Today I found terrible reviews for the same issues on Groupon. I have messaged Jane.com about this multiple times and sent them links to the Groupon page to show they are not a good company and should not be vendors on Jane. I am NOT the only person they've ripped off. BEWARE!

Ink does not distribute evenly when stamping :(
Very cute stamps!! I bought one for each of my children. My only complaint is that they did not come labeled so they're easily mixed up. I marked each stamp with a sharpie in order to tell the difference- easy fix! Would recommend to others!
Excited to give this as a Christmas gift. Looks very nice!
This was a cute gift and my husband loved it but I will say it did look and feel cheaply made.
