Love my personalized stamps!
Smaller then I expected and I'm afraid that the personalization will ware off.
This embosser did not work. I followed all of the instructions on assembly, but can't even use for intended purpose. Do not recommend.
Very disappointed with customer service. Products are great, but one of my orders were spelled wrong. When I contacted seller they never got back to me. Once I contacted Jane they finally did. They told apologized said they need a pic of the wrong light. Once I submitted the pic they said they would send me a new one. I waited for nearly 15 days... never received my new light. Contacted them again they said they were going to give me a refund. Still waiting on the refund.... will never shop here again.

The stamp they sent was not the design I chose. Currently waiting to hear back from seller and Jane.com about getting a refund but it's been over a week and no response :(
