Used very minimal and has hardly any ink!
These stamps were okay. They are the kind that has the dry stamp resting on the ink pad and then the stamp flips over as you press down. This can result in "missing ink gaps" if you don't press down exactly even every time.
It’s plastic which isn’t advertised, when they say key you assume a metal. Also it didn’t ship until a week after it was supposed to and took almost 2 weeks to get here once it did ship.
It's very sad that you choose to leave a bad review due to your oversight. Our listing clearly explained what this item is made out of. Please also note the ship by date in the listing, your item shipped well within this timeframe.

Smaller then I expected and I'm afraid that the personalization will ware off.
This embosser did not work. I followed all of the instructions on assembly, but can't even use for intended purpose. Do not recommend.
Very disappointed with customer service. Products are great, but one of my orders were spelled wrong. When I contacted seller they never got back to me. Once I contacted Jane they finally did. They told apologized said they need a pic of the wrong light. Once I submitted the pic they said they would send me a new one. I waited for nearly 15 days... never received my new light. Contacted them again they said they were going to give me a refund. Still waiting on the refund.... will never shop here again.
