The key came in and was plastic. The picture makes it look metal. While I did not pay very much for this ornament, I still expected a higher quality product. I’ve ordered from 2712 before & loved their products but this was very disappointing.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. The design was completely unreadable. I had planned to give as a gift but was unable to do so due to the poor quality. Customer service is equally bad. They had numerous chances to make it right and either refused or ignored polite emails. Will NEVER order from this seller again and recommend all others avoid as well.

Due to the metallic look of the photo, didn't realize the key is in fact plastic. Would've given it a 5 if it was actually engraved metal. Otherwise very cute.
