Love my stamp!

Heavier than anticipated, but I love it.

Terrible Was damaged and never heard back Also very small Very dissapointed!!

The first order I received were blurry. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately and shipped a new order. The new coasters were perfect. Great service !! Very satisfied!

Looks great, but plastic, not metal like a real key.

Unbelievably awful. I ordered a magnet from them in November for a Christmas gift and they mis-spelled my daughter's name on it. I double checked and I spelled it correctly on the order. I wrote them about the situation and sent a photo of the mis-spelled item, and after 2 weeks they got back to me and said they'd ship it out. I never received it and wrote again, this time asking for a tracking number. They sent me a tracking number a week ago saying "We're waiting for the shipping carrier to pick it up." It has shown no movement since. What a joke. Thanks for sending me a tracking number for an item you aren't actually shipping. Every time I write them, I get a standard email back saying they'll respond within 48 hours. Then they write me back 10 days later. This has gone on for months over a tiny magnet they should be able to easily re-print and ship out.

Monogram was smaller than expected

The key came in and was plastic. The picture makes it look metal. While I did not pay very much for this ornament, I still expected a higher quality product. I’ve ordered from 2712 before & loved their products but this was very disappointing.

It just looks cheap!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. The design was completely unreadable. I had planned to give as a gift but was unable to do so due to the poor quality. Customer service is equally bad. They had numerous chances to make it right and either refused or ignored polite emails. Will NEVER order from this seller again and recommend all others avoid as well.

Bought these for my brothers for Christmas. Great gift!
