I was charged $5 extra to correct a typo. Responses from the company took several days each time.
Good quality mugs. Nice engraving. Just thought they would be a tiny bit taller. But overall pleased.
Print was so small it is not readable. Very disappointed.
Half of the address doesn't show up when pressed down so unable to use. Contacted their customer service and unfortunately what they suggested didn't make a difference :(

Ordered on 02/21 and received the product on 3/20. The comb itself was nice and was real wood but make sure you order enough time in advance. Would have rated more if product turn around time was faster.
