Took a really long time but was perfect once it arrived. I understand it's custom but it wasn't until several days after their stated "ships by" date (which was already set out to like 3 weeks after I ordered) that they actually got it in the mail. Happy with the product, just seems like it shouldn't be that hard to get them out quicker than that.

Never got my product, got lost in the mail. When I asked if I could get another one I got no response just forwarded the email to Jane asking them to help me with a refund. Will not buy from them again!
