Quality of pens seems to be fairly nice. Purchased 2. One came and did not work. No ability to roll the pen out. Emailed company. They requested refund through jane. However, I am stuck minus a christmas gift. They will not "be able" to resend another.

I ordered two chalk boards and only received one. While the one is beautiful, I sent an email on Saturday. It is now Wednesday and I have had zero communication to rectify the situation. Customer service is extremely important and thus far, I have fallen through the cracks. Please help!

Not as cute as I wanted it to be, but is still very cute! It is a lot wider than I expected, but I also had a pretty long name on mine. Mine didn't have different dimension colors, but was all a solid cardboard looking color. Still cute for the price!
