I ordered 2 of these and both are scratched up.
Please remove the protective plastic from the accent. This will remove all scratches. This message is also included with the item.

Very cheap quality and not what I was expecting. It appears there should be a cord with this?? It didn’t come with one.
Thanks for your order. This item is exactly as pictured. Please note the description stating that these are battery operated but a micro usb cord can also be used (batteries & cord not included).

Have not received my order. Placed order in Oct. for a Christmas gift and it’s still not here(12-18-18! Company does not respond to my emails! Jane.com is now looking into the situation.
