Never received my product. Have mailed the company numerous times with no resolution. Was supposed to get a Jane credit and I haven’t received that either. Very disappointed

No matter how hard I push it does not show our entire address because the ink will not show. The lettering for our last name is very poor and makes it look like a different last name. Takes forever to dry the ink that does come out and because of that, smudges easily. Super disappointed, won’t be buying anything again.

Card is super cute but I thought it was going to be made of metal, not plastic.

Cheaply made, scratched & edges were sticky for some reason. Heartbroken because I really loved the message. Wanted to give it to my boyfriend for Valentine’s.

Shipping was longer than stated. I had to inquire about the order before it was processed and shipped. Then when I received my wallet card the quality wasn’t what I expected.

Never received. Reached out to seller, and they offered no help. Postal service also was not helpful. So sad because we ordered one in memory of a sweet puppy we fostered and did not make it, and neither of the two ornaments I bought were able to be added to our family tree

If I could give this a zero, I would. It was awful. It was scraped across the bottom and nothing like the picture. I would love to get my money back if I knew how. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
