This has happened before.....don't ask me to review an item BEFORE I GET IT! You will always get a negative review. Know what's been shipped and when (that's customer service) and give me a chance to try out your product before you ask or a review.

This is beautiful but only complaint I have is the Year was not included on plague as had been in the directions.
