I purchased two of the personal embossers and was only able to get one to work properly, the second one was damaged. One of the stamps within the two compressors was dislodged from the embosser and I was unable to correct it to emboss properly once the two parts of the embosser was installed. I am very disappointed.

I was very disappointed that when I received this product the box was open also the label was not in the top of the stamp like advertised. This was a gift so it would’ve been nice to have it come the way it looks in the advertisement
