Extremely poor in quality. Waited weeks to receive this item. When it arrived, it was nothing more than etched cardboard and not appropriate material for an exterior. Once the cardboard is wet, the material is ruined. I am very disappointed with this product and do not recommend it. You will waste your money!!

Ink seems somewhat dry. Have to push it a few times before you can fully read it, which sometimes causes smudging.

Please stamp on an even surface to get the best image. The issue you are describing is from not stamping on a flat surface. Using a stack of papers as a cushion works wonders.
