It didn't work, unfortunately and the vendor did not answer my emails. I sent photos and a video showing how it didn't work, but no response. The packing slip showed the impression that it could make, but the metal pieces with the stamp did not close properly. I think something happened in transit. I only want to replace the holder that doesn't work.

Hi, as mentioned in the many replies. You did not follow the directions and assemble this correctly. I kindly said that in response to the video. The test impression on the packing slip showed perfect function. It will not work if you don't follow the inlduded directions.
