I ordered this and it took a month and several e mails to the seller that never replied and then finally contacting Jane to see where my order was. It says it shipped but still have not received it. I would never order from this buyer again . I absolutely detest terrible customer service . Especially in this day and age of so much on line retail competition.

This took over 29 days to come in. I contacted the seller right after I ordered 2 items and asked to remove the apostrophe after the name, as my phone put it automatically in the text. I never heard back from anyone but felt like, if coarse they would correct the grammar. Since this is what they do everyday for a living. But after waiting almost a month of waiting for them to arrive. They arrived with a apostrophe then a S at then end of the names. In this day and age, how could they not reply to my message or contact to let me know the initial grammar was wrong? I’m really disappointed and now how to buy new gifts for my 2 friends I purchased these for. These are going in the trash.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I order this on 11/17 and still haven't received it. It's been saying shipped since 11/28. I've sent multiple emails to the seller with no response. Extremely poor customer service. I will never purchase from this seller again!

Misspelled my daughter's name on "baby's first Christmas" ornament. Very disappointing!

Almost a month later and still has not arrived.

I had a first and middle name and they put an apostrophe on it. Tried contacting to see if it could be fixed and never heard back.

Arrived broken and the seller was unwilling to replace it.

Cute but very small and looks cheap.
