I love it, but I put the wrong year on the first year. I wish they (who was printing , would have noticed it I wish I could order a new one The product was a wonderful value and to cute I just wish they would have caught my mistake and emailed me It was very obvious Other companies from here have contacted me just to even double check That's great customer service But yes... it was my fault .)

I never received this product. I reached out weeks after I ordered and was told It was shipped but was lost in transit and I would be sent a replacement. Weeks have gone by, they haven't shown up and I can't get in contact with anyone to even cancel the order and get a refund. I never leave reviews but this is beyond frustrating. I ordered them two months ago almost.

Lots of fun

Came quickly, really cute. Perfect for my son and his wife on their first Christmas in a new home. I purchased the key shape.

Really pleased with this Interchangeable Home DIY Sign craft kit. It was a gift, but I opened it to make sure everything was OK with it before gift-giving. It was packaged very nicely and it was well received by the recipient. Would love to buy more for gifts. Please note, the sign and pieces are a small size, but it was just what I wanted. It is perfect for a small side table or coffee bar.

I thought it was bigger

Just what I was looking for!! It will be so fun to paint! The smaller pieces have light lines to help those of us that aren’t super artistic. I ordered Velcro dots to use for the interchangeable pieces.

Awful customer service, never got a response in the week+ before my item arrived. So now I have a first home ornament with the year "2029" on it. Would not recommend dealing with this seller, and if you do make sure you check all of your info MULTIPLE times before completing the purchase because they will not respond to help in the event of a mistake.

While I like the idea of this product and the stamp does what it says it will, it is not the best quality in my opinion. It feels like thin/cheap plastic and the ink pad is exposed to air which should cause it to dry out quickly. Most self inking stamps have a cover that goes over all of that when not in use. Also, changing the date is not as easy as it could be - It took a little trial and error. I also have to change the packaging since I bought for gifts.

I was hoping that the last name on the top line would stand out a bit more (that the font would be slightly larger). The font for the last name makes “s” look like “f”. I would suggest getting a mock-up before you order (if they do that). The stamp itself came and the box it was in was poor (open at the time). The lock on the stamp itself does not prevent it from stamping (does not work).
