Oh my goodness, cute overload.
Chipped and has an awful smell. Shipped days after it was suppose too and missed house warming party it was ordered for. Wouldn't order again.
Item was scratched when received; very slow shipping.
I received my sign and it was split in two upon pulling it out of the package. This was only shipped in a Manila envelope which provided no protection whatsoever. I immediately contacted the seller via email (which was Tuesday evening), it is now Saturday and I still have not heard back.
Arrived busted and no response from seller. Very disappointed.
Arrived broken. Poorly packaged. The company only offered to refund my money instead of sending me a new one!
Both signs came damaged from delivery. I have reached out to company but no response on replacements.
Received my Item broken in half. Contacted seller immediately with no response and it’s been over 4 business days. Bummed bc this was a gift for the holidays. Absolutely Precious item, just having a difficult time getting anyone to contact me about a replacement or refund.
Sign was chipped - I’ve emailed company multiple times and no response from them.

After waiting several weeks for delivery, I finally received the sign. I like the sign as far as the product. However, when I received it it was damaged in shipping. I contacted the store via email to let them know the product was damaged and for them to please advise how they would handle the fact it was damaged. To date, I have not received a response and am stuck with a cute but damaged sign.
I thought it would be bigger and better quality. The edge of the board was discolored. :(

Disappointed it has no hanger on the back- flat metal will be hard to hang without it.
Took a longer time than expected to arrive and a corner was dinged. Will need to be framed to appreciate it. The personalization did match well for a nice overall effect.
Very cute. I'm using it for a gift and think it is different.
