I'm really disappointed in my experience trying to buy this ornament I am currently on my way home from meeting my new baby nephew and was unable to bring this with as it didn't make it in time, despite ordering it well in advance I understand difficulties with shipping right now given the current pandemic; however, my frustration was the lack of communication I received from the seller when I emailed MULTIPLE times asking for any type of response and for my order to be canceled so I could be refunded I'm sure the ornament is nice; I will see when I get home However, based on my experience with the seller, I do not recommend this Very poor communication and lots of frustration
