My last name did not capitalized like I ordered

I still have not received my items ordered on December 21st, emails sent to the seller and Jane, waiting on responses. It said approx. delivery should have been 1/6.

These are such a fun game! My 9 and 7 year old played with my niece and nephew who are 11 and 14 and it was so much fun! They are great quality and will last a long time. I definitely recommend it! We love the little bag to keep it all organized!

Did not like the print as it faded almost right away

It's ok, I'm not impressed. Maybe mine needs more ink but it's very dull. I wish I would have had the option to see my info in the fonts offered too. #itservesitspurpose #butnotinlove

My order was placed on Dec 6. It is Jan 17 and I have yet to receive it. My first email was responded to saying to give it a few more days due to shipping delays. My 2nd email has gone unanswered. I sent my 3rd email today requesting a refund. Let's see if I get a response. Customer service is not great. Still do not know, nor do I expect to know the quality of the product.
