Loved it!!

Wish it came with a Material to hang it. This makes my purchase incomplete in the sense that it is not yet usable. But i do love it and my husband thinks it's the best idea ever! He likes his meals planned way far ahead.

So disappointed. All the examples had "The" before the name so I assumed it was included or understood. It just asked for the name you wanted, so I just put my last name. It just arrived and it says, "sleeps until Santa visits Broughton". Not "The Broughtons". I'm not sure if I can return, but definitely going to try. Updated: very poor customer service and will not be purchasing through them again.

I wish the instructions had been a little more explicit. From the picture I assumed I would enter my last name and it would come back with the word the in front of it. When you enter the name , if you are using your last name make sure to add the word the and an -s. It was also scratched and chipped in several places.

Super cute! It makes a great gift and is exactly as pictured! Love it!

I ordered a personalized Merry Christmas stamp on November 28th and its scheduled for delivery on December 27th??? Christmas has come and gone....

I have been waiting on this item now for over 3 weeks. I have tried contacting the seller 3 times with no reply and I have tried contacting the shipping company. The tracking says it is sitting in Nashville and has been now for almost 2 weeks. I am very disappointed and frustrated. I simply want a response as to when it will be delivered or a full refund. This was to be an end of the year teacher gift and now I am out of time. SO DISAPPOINTING!!

Would not recommend. Five minutes after my order I realized I spelled the last name wrong. I immediately emailed them and someone replied back and said Jane.com orders could not be changed. Totally my error but since it took two weeks to ship I don't understand why it couldn't be fixed 5mins after the order was placed. Beware customer service not helpful.
