The box seems to be old, musty smelling. I was thinking it would be made new as it is ordered, seems to be an old box . It was dirty as well.

Very unpleased with the customer service... I ordered 4 boxes. 2 of them turned out great. The other 2 do not look good at all. You can clearly tell someone distressed them. Which tells me they should be able to see if it looks bad or not. One has a huge long line going straight thru the name and it has also faded the letters. The second box has a huge smudge that clearly looks like it was hit or dropped. But I was quickly told it was a “knot” in the natural wood. It would be different if I hadn’t ordered 4 and can easily tell the difference between the two good ones and the two bad ones.. I contacted the company and mentioned replacing the messed up boxes or a refund and I suddenly quit hearing back from them. So I contacted them again and got a different person. Same thing. Funny when I mention refund they want to lose contact.. these were Christmas presents. And it’s not like I was asking for a refund on all boxes. Just to replace or refund the 2 boxes that were messed up... very unsatisfied.

Paid $9 to ship- took 3 weeks. Arrived broken. I have emailed three times. No response. A timely response is appropriate. My payment for this item was timely.

Received broken. Upon several attempts to reach the company they finally offered a new one. It’s been 2 months and I still do not have a new planter box.

Have not received yet. Ordered 26th of November and it was suppose to ship over a week ago and still hasn’t!! I didn’t expect it to take this long.

I ordered this product almost a month ago and did finally receive it last night, a few days before Christmas. Unfortunately, the wrong name was personalized on the box. Now I have a box with the name “Perkins” (not my last name) and no gift for my mother. I am so disappointed.

Shipped out over a week late. I contacted seller for a refund, they responded SEVERAL days later and explained they don’t give refunds if not purchased on their website. Seems fishy. There are plenty of other sellers that make these boxes-and I will steer clear of 2712 Designs in the future.

The lettering on the box was faded. Was hoping to give this as a Christmas gift, but not able to due to poor quality of the lettering.

monogram is thin and hard to read

I ordered mine with a W initial. The W isn’t even, it looks odd . Disappointed but will still use as a planter box.

Ordered on 10/9 and finally received on 11/7 after several attempts to contact the seller. It's cute, just took way longer to receive than advertised on Jane and I didn't get to use it for my wedding which was the whole reason I purchased in the first place.
