As of 7/24/21 --still no response from vendor! Would not recommend still no address template...after reading responses its odd that other people have the same issue. Package was opened when received and missing content of address. Still waiting for response from vendor.

The embosser can barely be seen and cannot read it at all. I sent a message to Jane on June 5th and haven't heard anything back. I don't know whether there is something wrong with the one they sent me or if it is just a cheap embosser. But since I've not heard back from them I'd say their customer service is not that great either.

As many others have said, the sign doesn't fit into the base The sign also doesn't look as pictured- the edges of the sign look straight burnt instead of a distressed look Smelled terrible of burn when I opened the package- had to let it air out in the garage for a week

This was not quite what I had expected! The wood is really thin. Definitely not as sturdy as I was hoping for. The texturing is not very deep and the design on the gnome and seasonal pieces are just printed not carved. I am a bit nervous about painting it and having it turn out as cute as the one shown.

When my stamp arrived it was in a thousand pieces. I tried contacting the seller and after 2 months and 4 emails they have yet to respond.

Ordered on 5/8/21, received 6/4/21. I didn’t received any adhesive tape as listed in description.
