My items came broken. They were wrapped in one tiny layer of bubble wrap in a flimsy cardboard box with very little protection. Consequently several of the leaves of the succulents were broken off. HOWEVER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!!!!!

Highly recommend product! Received 2 broken in first box, but they sent 4 new ones for replacement! Again, highly recommend.

These are darling. The mail service was a little rough and I notified the seller. Their customer service is top notch and I felt very taken care of. Thank you and these are cute magnets.

Magnets are bigger then expected and heavy. They fell off a few times in the first day and chipped. However customer service reached out to me and made things right. Very happy with the company.
