Rods on the ends where broken on both sides. Very disappointed in the quality.

Complete waste money, pen was deleted broken and the scroll broke the same day. Completely dissatisfied with my purchase.

The pen I got doesn't work.

My toddler loves this but the quality isn't the best. I've had to re-adjust the fabric in the scrolls every time we've used it because it's pulled out of the tubes on both ends. I let it dry completely before I store it after use but some of my toddler's artwork has yet to fade, even days later. The pen broke before we could even use it because we were unable to open it to fill it up. It would not unscrew and after trying a few tries, it ripped in half. Not a big deal, I bought a cheap 5 pack on Amazon and they work great! The concept of this is absolutely fabulous and we will 100% continue to use it. I am happy with it for the price I paid but some adjusts could definitely be made!

The rod on one of the ends arrived broken. Other than that, it seems okay. We have yet to use it though. **UPDATE - The seller contacted me and offered to send out a replacement right away. In appreciated the quick and easy customer service.

Doesn't work.

It's really super cute, but the buzzer is fairly quiet and the recipient couldn't hear it.
