Bought a 2 for my daughter and it fit more like a size 1. She was only able to wear them twice before they were too tight.

Super cute little backpack! Just the right size for a toddler. Pretty nicely made, although there are a couple of elements that were sewn a little crooked. All in all, I think it's great and I'm glad I bought it.
