Lacie (seller) is absolutely the best and quick to contact you and follow through!! She continued to follow up for my pic when I was having hard time deciding which image to use. I received the item SO quickly from time I sent pic in ( which is rare w personalized items too) and it looks fantastic on the tie. I got this backpack in and it seems that the ink has transferred leaving purple ink stains on the parts that are supposed to be white. Disappointed 😩
