I LOVE THIS BAG. That’s an understatement. I used it on a couple of weekend trips but I recently got a new office job and needed something to carry my pregnancy snacks, notebooks, and other things in while going to and from and it's so stylish that I don't even think it's too big for that. The nice straps and faux fur design make it so perfect for fall and winter. 10/10

Ordered this item over 2 weeks ago and have not received it. Contacted the company and have not received a response.

I actually never received my order. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve been a frequent customer with Jane and haven’t had many issues but I won’t be returning to shop anytime soon based off of this seller.

When I received the earrings in the mail one of them did not have a hook on it. I messaged the seller about it twice and never got a response. I was very disappointed, the business usually always responds back quickly. I hate that I can’t wear these cute earrings.

Super disappointed. I order January 29th and I still don’t have them, it’s February 13th. I ordered them for Valentine’s Day thinking there was plenty of time. I emailed and messaged several times to ask about my order with no reply until someone from Jane contacted them. I can’t say what the quality of the product is since I don’t have them. But I’m not impressed with the service or the customer care one bit.

These didn’t even last a whole day before the earring fell off of the hook. Disappointing.

Very disappointed. Ordered two pairs, a pink and black one. Each came broken with the tassle not attached to the earing hook at all.
