Only had a few days and the zipper is broke! Can’t even close my bag.....

I got my bag and on the first day the zipper broke. I have reached out by email, waiting to hear back. The bag itself is adorable and the color was spot on.

I ordered this on 11/18 and it was estimated to ship by 11/26 but I haven’t heard anything or seen any shipment notifications. Very disappointed because I was really excited about this bag.

I ordered the grey bag and received the black bag. Waiting to hear how this will be resolved.

I love my bag, however when it arrived it was missing the shoulder strap. I have emailed the company twice now with no response. I hope we can resolve this issue quickly.

My zipper messed up the 3rd time using it!

Was sooo excited for this bag but it turned out to be a dud! It seems decently made but the first wk I had it the zipper got majorly stuck due to the lining of the bag not being sewn fitted enough. Because it was so loose the lining got stuck in the main area and also in a smaller pocket. It was so severe that I had to cut the lining with scissors to get it unstuck and get my things out of the bag! Really disappointed. Got it for a trip and ended up being smaller then my original diaper bag plus all of the zippers were stuck and I was having to fuss with it while traveling it was horrible!!

Took forever to ship! Emailed customer service after a month with no estimated ship date. No response. Did not receive strap. Emailed requesting it, they stated they were out and had to reorder them. Still have not received it. Probably never will.

Received wrong color and no strap and still no refund

Very disappointed in this bag. I loved it when it arrived, but I only zipped and unzipped the large part of the bag maybe 3 or 4 times and it got off track and wouldn't work. I emailed the seller over the weekend, but I fixed it myself. I told the seller this when they replied. Then, the next time I carried it, it did the same thing. I emailed the seller again and several days afterwards, they replied and said it had been 30 days and there was nothing they could do for normal wear and tear. I had only worn the bag maybe 5 times!! And it was delivered may 4. Today is june 3. I hardly think that's fair... 30 days. Cheaply made bag and if you ask me, cheap customer service from this seller. Do not purchase! Not worth $40!!

Great bag, but the zipper ripped from the bag. It tore the same day I received it. :/

Very cheaply made. It is cute, but the detachable strap is not strong enough to be used as the cheap metal attachments just break with a little weight.

I really like this bag! Tons of space and plenty of pockets. But the top zipper is terrible and only one of them works properly.

Love this bag but zippers are very hard to use. They stick a lot!

Love this bag but the zipper was damaged. It would not unzip all the way. Waiting on seller to respond back to me concerning this matter.

Item is a nice durable quality but smaller then expected.

The brown bag is more of the orangey color it appears in the brighter photo. I was hoping it was just lighting
