Super disappointed. I order January 29th and I still don’t have them, it’s February 13th. I ordered them for Valentine’s Day thinking there was plenty of time. I emailed and messaged several times to ask about my order with no reply until someone from Jane contacted them. I can’t say what the quality of the product is since I don’t have them. But I’m not impressed with the service or the customer care one bit.

Loved the concept but quality was lacking.

This bag is perfect! I love that you can use the short handles or the shoulder strap. I'm a teacher and my book bag was no longer able to hold all the papers and planning notebooks and books that I need to take back and forth from to school, so I bought this bag. It's wonderfully HUGE. It can hold all my things and still has room for more. Plus, it's gorgeous.
