It's a really cute scrunchie to jazz up your standard ponytail.

It's called a 'shoulder bag' but the straps are too short to wear on your shoulder. It's a lot smaller than it looks in the photos, which make it look more like the size of a hobo bag. Usually dimensions for purses are for the purse part, not including the handles. So that was a BIG disappointment. Also, I can't even get the zipper to open! It's a cute bag it's just not the quality or size I was hoping for.

As soon as I received this bag I unzipped it and the zipper broke right away. It is unusable and I have emailed the seller and gotten no response. Not happy!
