I ordered this item November 10th and it was to ship by the 19th. I was promised it would ship no later than the 22nd but I still have no updates and it still says it is processing. At this point I am looking for a refund as I haven't received the order.

This is one of those bags that you want to buy just to cuddle! It did not disappoint! For the price it’s perfect for a grab and go mom like me!
