Order was supposed to have been shipped on November 19th. It is now December 3rd and I not been contacted to let me know when or if I can expect my order.

Still haven't received my order, customer service finally responded & I have asked for a refund as it appears that perhaps they have been lost in transit. A little disappointed however these things happen, would definitely order from them again but with Christmas looming I need to replace this gift option.
I ordered these on November 14th and it’s now December 2nd and I have not received them. They were scheduled to ship last week and as of today there have been no shipping updates.
