Nora — I’m sorry to hear the rainbow didn’t meet your expectations. Our kits are tried and tested (including by our kids), made one-by-one here in our home. We’re confident the wood is sturdy and would not break unless it was intentional. For crafting purposes, we've not heard of any issues and instead see such lovely results! We’ve been in business for 10 years and pride ourselves on quality. A one-star review is really difficult for us to see. If a customer ever has an issue with a rainbow breaking while making the craft, we’ll eagerly replace it. We’re in this business to make people happy, after all.
