Best value ever. In my opinion for a custom item the wait was not long. It came delivered securely and unbroken and does not need a lot of sanding before painting. I could not be anymore pleased with my purchase.

Was surprised that the words are sent unfinished. Suppose that allows the consumer to sand and paint their desired color, but I was hoping for a finished product such as in the photographs. Granted, I did NOT read the description and it could have very well stated they wood is unpainted and unfinished. Still love them! It's just going to require work I wasn't planning on doing (and wouldn't have bought had I known).

UPDATE: After my first review, the company reached out to me immediately and made this right! Not only are they sending me a new set, they are painting the set for me, too! Wow! Very pleased with their customer care!!! FIVE STARS! Zero stars, if I could! The shipping took an insanely long amount of time. When it arrived, my words were broken in three different places. The box they were shipped in was so flimsy and the words were crammed in there! They didn't even fit in the box, no wonder they were broken! I've used wood glue in an attempt to repair the broken pieces, but I am not sure if that is going to work. Nonetheless, even if the glue holds, the word is ruined because it doesn't fit back together perfectly.
