Was surprised that the words are sent unfinished. Suppose that allows the consumer to sand and paint their desired color, but I was hoping for a finished product such as in the photographs. Granted, I did NOT read the description and it could have very well stated they wood is unpainted and unfinished. Still love them! It's just going to require work I wasn't planning on doing (and wouldn't have bought had I known).

UPDATE: After my first review, the company reached out to me immediately and made this right! Not only are they sending me a new set, they are painting the set for me, too! Wow! Very pleased with their customer care!!! FIVE STARS! Zero stars, if I could! The shipping took an insanely long amount of time. When it arrived, my words were broken in three different places. The box they were shipped in was so flimsy and the words were crammed in there! They didn't even fit in the box, no wonder they were broken! I've used wood glue in an attempt to repair the broken pieces, but I am not sure if that is going to work. Nonetheless, even if the glue holds, the word is ruined because it doesn't fit back together perfectly.

I order this product a month ago with notice that it would ship in 2 weeks. It has still yet to ship and the seller has been very difficult to get in touch with. I was really looking forward to this for my nursery and now I will buy from somewhere else.

I was very impressed with this product. Instead of the first and middle name, I ordered "Robin's Nest" for one of my employee's craft rooms as a birthday gift. This seller even cut separately the "'" apostrophe for the first name. The size was as indicated and the cuts to the wood were amazing. I loved this product and it will make a gift I am very proud to give. Excellent Seller. I will want to order again from them.

I painted this and used it as a door decoration with a burlap ribbon. Looks nice.

Took several weeks to arrive but arrived intact. I was expecting this to be painted, but instead it arrived in a natural wood.

Received Broken in several places, disappointed!!!! Cannot get a response from seller for a refund or a replacement.
