I would have given it 5 stars, because I really do Love the font I choose, but the name came broken in half. I have emailed the company and haven’t heard anything back. Update: The company got back with me and did an amazing job at making this right! I love the cutout it turned out super cute!

This item is very cheaply made with very thin and easily breakable wood; no plastic cover for the picture and no back. Wish I had read reviews before I bought. And $2.99 for shipping is a joke.

Beautifully made, but wish it had a stand or hooks for hanging. I wasn't expecting this and was disappointed.

I wish it actually had the frame stand attached to it but they are beautiful and great quality!

I loved these! They’re the easiest Christmas gift! I do wish they came with the standard picture frame back because it would make it easier to stand up on shelves, but overall I’m super happy with how these turned out!

I would love it if it was actually a frame, but there’s nothing on the back to sit it up or hang it.

Revised review: I emailed them and she quickly responded trying to fix my problem. I’m very appreciative of that. I ordered three ornaments and only one came with a string to hang it. One of my dogs names was spelled wrong.
