The quality is nice. It arrived sooner than expected. My only complaint is that the middle name appears (it’s not) to be larger than the first name. This causes it to look off balance above her crib.

Love, love, love this for my new grand daughter's room. I agree with the others that the packaging is not so great. I almost didn't order it because of the reviews but decided to take a chance. I held my breath when I opened it and it was PERFECT!! I am thrilled with it. Won't even need much sanding. Can't wait to start painting it.

They went above and beyond getting me a better end result then the first time around, and a free gift. Their customer service is wonderful, and the name sign is beautiful.

It's adorable and I like it but I am afraid it will break easily.

I ordered this sign as a cheaper work around for a Christmas decoration I was working on (Etsy wanted $150 for something similar). There were not enough available characters when I included spaces for the phrase I wanted to use. Instead I just ran the words together thinking I could easily cut them apart later. Apparently the company caught on to what I was doing and saved me the trouble by cutting the words separately for me! I was also really impressed with the thickness of the wood and the smoothness of the script. This is definitely not someone DIYing it with a scroll saw in their basement. I am so excited to paint my order and attach it to my sign. Too bad Christmas is so far away!
