I opened a sign for our last night. It came and was packed broken! It was supposed to be a surprise for my husbands birthday and I am SO disappointed and upset! It was order August 12th, arrived September 8th. I went to open it to finish it since he is gone all week to have it ready and it the middle of the sign it busted, not even attached, broken piece no where to be found, but it was still placed in the box and bubble wrapped! His birthday is now this weekend and there is not even enough time to get a new one!!

Based on the pictures, I thought the letters would be larger and come painted (at least white)- still cheaper than other sites- still beautiful- just thought it would be bigger and painted!

The name turned out so perfect! The customer service through Jane.com and Ashley the owner through Etsy site “whimsy timber” was phenomenal! I highly recommend this cute carved out name the quality is out of this world! They even said my first name had a flaw so they remade it and I am so happy with what I got-perfection! I’m beyond words for the quality I’ve recieved on both parties! Thank you guys so much!!!

I ordered this for my daughter and it was delivered very quickly. It is absolutely perfect! We painted it and added flowers on either side of her name. It's a statement piece for her Youtube recording area and she gets sooo many compliments. The only down fall was that the dot for the lowercase i is attached. It can easily be cut off with any type of saw or it can also be left the way it comes. It looks good either way! We absolutely love it and will recommend it to anyone!

Very nice sign. It does say ready to paint and I was expecting it to be bare wood, but it does need to be lightly sanded. There were several large splinters and it was not ready to paint or hang. However, it is a great buy and I would recommend to anyone looking to add a little laughter to your wash room.

Excellent quality!

It took longer to ship than expected and I had to track them down to figure out if/when it had shipped, but the end product is beautiful and worth the money.
