Shipping took FOREVER... over a month from the time I ordered. I sent multiple emails before response was made. $93 worth of unfinished product with less than a week before Christmas to paint & decorate. Shipping was refunded. Very good quality product.

This item is wonderful, but it took an extremely long time to ship (it was a gift that ended up not arriving in time). Also, the wood is untouched - not stained or anything. I may have read the description wrong, but the photo showed a darker stain.

This came in and is super cute! The color is not as picture (hence, the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars), but it's still adorable and perfect for the recipient!

Not as finished as expected

This frame is cute, but has no hook or stand for display. :(

It looks great except there is an imperfect in the wood right over the first letter.

The kids loved these for our treasured pets on our Christmas tree! Didn't want to pack them away after the holidays, so we displayed them by the dog's beds.

Really thin and poor quality. The letters are very light.

Nice but it's a little cheesy they don't paint the back side. You can see the paint from the front bleeding through. It would make it so much nicer to paint both sides.

Monogram arrived broken. I sent an email and haven't heard anything yet. Would greatly appreciate a refund.
