This was a quick turn around but it was just plain wood. I thought there would be at least a plastic cover and little tabs to help keep the picture inside. But it's almost impossible. The picture needed to be glued. Now picture is vulnerable to tearing without protection on either side.

there was slight splintering of the wood on the face of the item upon receipt. but my daughter can hide that.

This came in the mail completely busted and more unfinished then expected, splinters sticking out. I've tried contacting them twice now.

Love the size. There are a few bumps that don't seem fluid but nothing I can't fix! It's going to look amazing on my wall!!
