I have to sand them down because I can hardly get the letters out! Some I have to use a tool to get out so will need some work before I paint and give as a gift!!

Picture is deceiving. I wouldn't have purchased if I knew it was unfinished.

I was expecting the item to come finished, based off of the pictures. It’s partially my fault due to not reading through the description and relying on the images. I wouldn’t have paid so much for an unfinished puzzle. On top of that, the item wasn’t shipped out until a week after the scheduled date. So now I have to scramble to paint this before my wedding next Friday as this was a gift for our ring bearer.

The wooden names are beautiful but both names arrived completely broken. Unfortunate that the packaging was inadequate

I ordered 2 of these, one for each of my sons, for Easter. They are okay for the most part. The issue I have is that the center of the “o” in my sons name has been completely drilled out and left looking rough and due to the texture of the board there’s almost nothing I can do to fix it. Pretty disappointed that it looks so unprofessional

I have contacted the seller many times and never received a response. Reached out to Jane and they refunded me my order. Item was estimated to ship by 3/20 and by 3/30 it had still not shipped. I ordered at the beginning of March for a birthday present...

Not the best quality and shipping took weeks.

I have not even received my order yet however based on customer service and delivery being not on time, I am upset about making this purchase.

ordered this weeks ago and still have not received it....would not recommend if you need it for a special day (like my grand daughters birthday!)...unreliable ship time
