I ordered this item on Jan 12 - it is now Feb 7th & still not shipped. I have contacted the seller both on my own & through Jane support & haven’t received any tracking info or updates for 6 days now. I’m not getting clear communication on what is going on with my order & would like my money back.

Beautiful cant wait to hang it on our family wall

It’s a cute thing I needed to put in an awkward space on my wall but in the description it says it comes unfinished No big deal I can stain it I just wish it would’ve said that in the title so it wouldn’t have surprised me when I got it

Exceeded my expectations! High quality wood...fine craftsmanship. Excellent packaging to ensure product was not damaged in shipping. It came unfinished and I am still deciding what to do with it...stain it or paint it, but can not wait to hang it in my bathroom. It just makes me smile!

Sure would have been nice to get the finish like in the pic....bare plywood that still had sawdust on it. After waiting this long for delivery, I shouldn't have to paint it also!
